Everyone knows Ravi Shastri as the India's Head coach but very few people know that he is one of the few people to hit six sixes in an over. This happened during a Ranji Match in 1984 between Bombay and Baroda. The unlucky bowler facing Ravi Shastri was Tilak Raj.

Only one player before Ravi Shastri was able to do this breathtaking achivement.

Sir Garfield Sobers also got six sixes in an over in 1968. This too happened in First class cricket.

The only two players to achieve this record in Internantional Cricket are Herschelle Gibbs and Yuvraj Singh.

South African Cricketer, Herschelle Gibbs made this possible in the 2007 world cup against Netherlands playing alongside Jacques Kallis.

Whereas, the Indian Batsmen Yuvraj Singh scored six sixes off Stuart Broad in 2007 T20 World Cup, playing alongside MS Dhoni. It just happened after an argument with Flintoff. Unfortunately, It was Stuart Broad who paid the price. Ravi Shastri was commentating when Yuvraj Singh completed his six biggies in an over.

Fearless West Indies player Kieron Pollard and England's Jordan Clark have also hit six consecutive sixes, but those came at a level lower than first-class and international level.
